| | | I can't sleep because my apartment is cooking hot....I'm drowning in my own sweat bath.....and I can hear mosquitos buzzing in my ear in the dark.
The fan doesn't even help. I'm going crazy from lack of sleep!

| | | I go thru that every night. Sometimes I don't get to bed until 6am. It really sucks...then I sleep way into the afternoon and my day is shot....
I'm thinking of getting some ambien....or something to help me relax at night.. Cuz my mind just keeps on going.... | |

It's weird.
Not wierd.
And if this happens to you frequently, take somethin' that'll make you drowsy.

| | | reading something boring works. everytime i try to read something good before i go to sleep i end up staying up to read it all. sometimes i can't sleep though because my mind is going and going and going. try drinking some chamomile tea and taking a hot bath to clear your mind a bit. | |

| | | The harder you try to stay awake, the easier it is to go to sleep.
