| | | It depends what you want to be confident in. Do you want to be confident within yourself or when it comes to approaching girls/boys?
Depends.
But it is practice.

| | | Start with push ups, and then move on to interactions with strangers, like the grocery clerk or the bus driver. Start saying hi when you don't have to. | |

As I mentioned before.
I really don't know much about yours or Vash's past.
Don't know what brought you to where you are today.

| | | It would be an irresponsible use of bandwidth to tell you the whole story of how I went from Bitch to Megabitch to Gigabitch.
Hmmm. Maybe you could put together a 20 questions thread with the things you most want to know about everyone here. For instance, one question could be:
Describe your parents in three words.
My answer would definitely NOT be "Ozzie and Harriet"
Anyway, I'd do it myself, but I have to go now and take my barking lunatic mother out to lunch for her birthday.

| | | 20 questions, eh?
I don't like such formalities.
Then again, it's not easy to talk with you guys one on one in here...
I dunno, I might come up with somethin'.

| | | Just do it. Nike style.
To be honest, I used to be really lacking in self-confidence.
One method that worked extremely well for me, was to consistently joke about being better than everyone else.
That way, most people don't take it offensively, but then I still voice confidence.
Mantras really do work. Just say something to prop up your ego over and over while meditating.
