my body is'nt his temple
ok so summers here finally and its out with the jumpers and in with the frilly dresses. that would be ok with me if i didn't constantly feel fat.

my SO has sexy muscles and a 6pack which are a visual erm orgasm lol

but i feel so unattractive all the time. what can do to boost my self esteem?

but i find it so hard to exercise. i don't think im over wiegth. im 5'4 and average 125-130 pounds i think. im not very flexible though. maybe i should put some exercise in my life.

yeah, me too. I've started only having three proper meals a day rather than a thousand snacks, and taking a 20 minute or more brisk walk. I want to get to the stage where I can jog/run across town and back, ideally. I don't want to start by getting a muscle ache, so just walking so far. It's really the only workout i've been able to make myself do, I guess 'cos you're seeing people, things moving past, makes it more entertaining. Plus it's free.

Actually, it's better if you continue to snack (healthily) throughout the day.

This keeps your energy up, and keeps you from stuffing your face when meal time finally comes around.

lost: I can relate to you because my SO is way fitter than me. It doesn't help that I was a bit lighter when he first met me. But really, all you have to do is start eating right and exercising a little. Get plenty of sleep because your body can't be an efficient fat burner without sleep, and eat proper food. As an experiment, loosely count the calories you eat in one day, then search for a 'calorie intake calculator' on google and see what you *should* be getting.

as for the money sex lol giga im a virgin but thanks i'll keep it in mind.

its so annoying how men have a high metabolism and burn of fat quicker. oh well..
