Not forward enough?

I'm a guy. I think the reason girls don't like me much is because i'm not forward enough. Like I won't go to kiss someone unless i'm 95% sure they want me to. So basically I wait until they go to kiss me or something like that but I don't really hint that much I want to kiss or anything as I don't want to seem like an idiot or something. I know its stupid but I only just figured this out. Do girls want more attention from me?

Do i need to become more forward? Maybe just a little bit or alot? Or am I totally wrong?

No I wouldn't be a little more forward, unless you don't know what you're doing and have no experience.

Once you've dated a few women you have a general idea of whether they want you to kiss them or not. It comes naturally, but not by jumping in the sack every chance you get.
