I was at 210 Is. at one point, and up and down between 175-185, so give a guy some sympathy for trying to have confidence in himself, i feel great that is all that matters.

I wanted to prove a point, that even though I have work to do on my physical side, i'm comfortable enough to show my current, and not feel ashamed.
I know there are better looking guys than me, but i don't brag about myself because i don't need too, as long as there is trust and respect, and i'm open, that is all that will matter.

I'm just sick of everyone's attitude, that thinks that looks are the
most important thing, I'm getting in shape mainly to have more energy
and confidence, the rest will come together once they get to know me.
I'm not fake, so what I feel is how I'll act it out to you.
I'm trying to not make excuses and not have missed opportunities,
because If you don't try to talk to someone or ask questions that your
curious about, it won't make you a better person, but make you feel
guilty all the time, and who wants to feel that way the rest of their life.
I've been through that stage of my life, and really don't
want to see myself depressed and mad at the world.

Don't look to bad, I'm kind of in your situation going from the shy, skinny, high school guy. I started working out once I left high school, I'll admit that I have more confidence. I've put on about 10lbs since high school, and no it's not fat. I'm only 138lbs.

Well your confidence has to start somewhere, and getting a little muscle helps.
GOOD LUCK with that, I wished my younger brother started working out,
he's only 15 years old, but about 130-135 Ibs.
