honestly though, after someone gets banned, do you really think that they'll want to come back to a place?? or more so who checks their pms in hopes of being unbanned a month later.. besides wingdingaling??
as far as contact info, you do need a valid email to sign up, but i think only LA has access to that if it's not public already.
